Women's Club Plans Fall

The ladies of the Womens Club of Garden City have been busy planning an active fall. The Philanthropic Dept. has planned an outing on 9/30/07 to see "State Fair" at the Broadhollow Theatre in Elmont, followed by a wonderful supper at Koenig's in Floral Park. This is sold out.

On 10/29/07 Monday 12 noon, a luncheon bridge will be held at the Orchid in Garden City Cost is $25.00. Checks should be sent to Irene Christie, 117 Weyford Terr. G.C.N.Y. 115630. This is selling out fast. Game of your choice or bridge.

On 11/7/07, a trip is planned to the Museum of Moving Images and lunch at the Waters Edge. Cost is $91.00. Send check to Loucie Hughs 29 Chester Ave, Stewart Manor N.Y. 11530. Checks made payable to G.C. Womens Club.

Our first meeting will be held on Tuesday, 10/9/07, at the G.C. Library 1 p.m. An interesting program is planned with refreshments following. We are a fun loving group of women, come join us.
