National Player Of The Week

Junior All-American Emily Miller of Garden City was named the Division III Player of the Week by womensfieldhockey.com this week. The forward scored three goals in two games at the Black-Eyed Susan Tournament, including two in #17 Johns Hopkins 4-2 upset win over #4 Cortland.

Miller, who tied a school-record with 19 goals last season, currently leads the Blue Jays with three goals on the season. She is currently tied for second in the Centennial Conference in goals and fourth in points.

Hopkins (2-0) returns to action on Friday, September 7 when Drew visits historic Homewood Field. The Blue Jays and the Rangers will square off at 7:30 pm.
