"Receiving" Triathlon Champ

Hempstead Town Receiver of Taxes Don Clavin holds the victory tape for Richard Gregory of Garden City the 2007 winner of the town's annual triathlon. Gregory captured his sixth triathlon title during the recent event in Point Lookout. The three-event triathlon includes a one-mile ocean swim, ten mile bike and a five mile run. This year's race drew a full field of 300 contestants.
