Couple Celebrates Milestone

Sheila and Rick Outcault of Northport, formerly of Garden City, celebrated their 50 th anniversary April 15 with their five children, their spouses, 14 grandchildren, relatives and friends with a party at the Crab Meadow Golf Club in Northport. Sheila is a graduate of Garden City High School and is the daughter of the late Helen Hrostoski of Garden City and the late George Cassidy. Rick is the son of the late Madeline and Cornelius Outcault of Garden City.

Rick is retired from TIAA-CREF in New York City and the U.S. Army. He volunteers at the VA Hospital at Northport and is a greeter and guide at the Vanderbilt Museum in Centerport. Sheila worked for the Harborfields Library in Greenlawn and volunteers for the American Red Cross. In August, they celebrated their anniversary with a trip to Europe.
