Blood, Platlets Needed Luke Rosato needs your help.

Luke is eight years old and currently a patient at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. His treatment for Neuroblastoma requires frequent blood and platelet transfusions.

Luke, twin brother James and their parents, Megan and Joe, would deeply appreciate your donation of blood and/or platelets and hope you will ask others you know to also donate.

Donations designated for Luke must be made at Memorial Hospital in Manhattan and appointments are required.

Free parking is available for donors at the hospital garage on 66th Street (between York & First Avenues).

The process for donating whole blood takes approximately 1 hour and the process for platelet donation takes about 2 1/2 hours.

All blood types are acceptable.
