AHRC Membership Tea September 18

Garden City AHRC auxiliary president Susana Cerruti, presents a check for over $20,000 to Marcia Pulewitz, Family Liaison and Membership Administrator, AHRC Nassau. The money was raised at the auxiliary's gala annual Christmas Luncheon and Fashion Show held at the Garden City Hotel. Over 300 guests enjoyed this fundraiser to benefit AHRC. Committee members are, from L-R: Sue Caccamo, Vanessa Wrobleski Elaine Kelly, Jacquie Sandler, Marcia Pulewitz, Susana Cerruti, Martha Schutt and Vivian Tener.

Garden City AHRC will host its annual membership tea at DiSalvo Galleries Ltd., 840 Franklin Avenue, Garden City, NY. The date is Tuesday, September 18, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.

You are invited to an enjoyable afternoon, greeting friends and neighbors in the stylish surroundings of DiSalvo Galleries. This pleasant social event provides an opportunity to renew your membership or become a new AHRC member.

AHRC is a not-for-profit member-based organization that provides ongoing support to children and adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Your membership is important in the continuing effort to serve these individuals and their families.

As a member of AHRC you will receive a complimentary invitation to attend the Annual Membership Luncheon and Fashion Show at AHRC's Brookville mansion, held every September. Also, you will receive the AHRC Nassau News, the agency's quarterly newsletter. Dues remain at $15 for the year.
