Summer Food Drive

Once again, the Library will be conducting a Summer Food Drive sponsored by Long Island Cares, the Harry Chapin Food Bank. Donations of boxed and canned nonperishable foods may be placed in the blue donation barrel located to the left of the inner lobby doors as you leave the Library.

It is estimated that 40,000 Long Island children go to bed hungry every night. Your donation will help reduce that number. Last year, Village residents donated over 400 pounds of food! Let's try to beat that and set a new record this year.
