Named To Leading Edge Society

Lynn Pisani, a licensed Broker Associate of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate, has been named to Prudential Real Estate Affiliates' prestigious Leading Edge Society for 2006. The award recognizes residential sales professionals who exemplified great sales measures in closed residential sales volume, commercial sales volume or closed 30+ residential units for the year.

Lynn Pisani was recognized during a special awards ceremony at Prudential Real Estate's 19th annual sales convention held in San Diego, Ca. in March, 2007. Nearly 7,000 real estate professionals from the United States and Canada attended the three-day event.

Lynn entered the real estate field in 1991 and joined Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate, which currently ranks # 1 in gross dollar sales volume on Long Island, # 2 within the national Prudential real estate network in the US and Canada and # 5 within all real estate companies across America. Lynn, a licensed Broker Associate, has also achieved the GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute) after successfully completing a rigorous 90-hour program of course work covering legal issues, financing, technology, pricing and evaluating properties, residential con-struction, home inspection, land use, environmental hazards, real estate investment and taxation issues. Realtors who have attained their GRI are considered leaders in the real estate profession.

Lynn is E-certified, a Certified Relocation and Fine Homes specialist, and a certified Buyer Broker, concentrating in Garden City and western Nassau County.
