Senator Hannon Congratulates Student

Senator Kemp Hannon (R-6th S.D.) recently congratulated Conor Donachie as the winner from Stewart School in Gar-den City, of Senator Hannon's 2007 "There Ought To Be A Law" contest. The annual program honors the ideas for New York State legislation, as conceived by local students. Donachie's winning entry proposed a ban on junk food in vending machines in schools.
