Author Luncheon A Success

Connie Lockwood was happy with her prize
The annual Book and Author Luncheon sponsored by the Garden City branch of the American Association of University Women was held on April 20 at the George Washington Manor in Roslyn. Four authors, Alafair Burke, Carol Hoenig, Johanna Hurwitz, Carol Hoenig and Tom Phelan, discussed their literary efforts. The luncheon, a benefit for the Educational Foundation and Legal Advocacy Fund, was a great success and enjoyed by all who attended.
