Michael F. Digan

Michael F. Digan, 47, of Boca Raton, Florida died June 11. Michael was a prominent investment executive who was manager of major brokerage branch offices nationwide. His talent in maintaining his staff loyalty was the special gift he shared with those colleagues who knew him, especially at Prudential Securities in Tucson, AZ, Nashville, TN, from 1992-2001.

He was 1st. Vice President and Resident Manager of Ryan Beck of Fort Lauderdale and Morgan Keegan of Palm Beach 2001-2006. For 22 years he worked toward his renowned success. He was a member of the Lighthouse Yacht and Racquet Club and, La Paloma Country Club. He was an avid golf enthusiast and earned a University of Florida golf scholarship in 1979. Michael loved his family, friends and fine restaurants.

Michael was the fifth child of Richard and Marjorie Digan of Garden City, New York. He is survived by his former wife Laura Digan, two sons, Michael Branden 17 and Patrick James 15. His siblings are Richard Digan Jr., Timothy Digan, Meg Digan Dwyer, Barbara Digan Zweig, Matthew Digan, Terrence Digan and James Digan, and many nieces and nephews.

Services were held on South Florida. Babione Funeral Home East, of Boca Raton , Florida, was entrusted with funeral arrangements.
