On June 5 , police conducted a truck stop at Clinton Road and 6 trucks were inspected with 5 trucks taken out of service; with 26 weight violations and 68 tickets issued... Between May 1 and 2, someone took 2 calculators from a locker at the GC High School. Value was $200... Between May 29 and 30, unknown persons took a $400 teak bench from the Cathedral grounds... Credit cards and personal papers were stolen from a car parked at Second Street between June 2 and 3... On June 3 , police arrested a 36-year-old Valley Stream woman for allegedly shoplifting approximately $622 in clothes, mostly dress and scarves at Lord and Taylor... Someone scratched the letters"F U" on a 2004 Honda parked in Field 11 on June 1... Between June 3 and 4, someone broke the passenger side window of a 2004 parked in a Brixton Rd. driveway and took a $500 GPS unit... On May 30 , PO Wedra arrested a 17-year-old GC male for the possession of marijuana and for allegedly speeding at 58 in a 30 mph zone at Cherry Valley Avenue... On June 5 , $40 in U.S., credit cards, a Blue Tooth earpiece, and an $100 USB wire, as well as a pocketbook containing these items, were taken from Blodgett Hall, Adelphi University...
