Members and guests of the Garden City Assembly celebrated spring at their Saturday, April 21 Dinner Dance, aptly themed "Dancing with the Tulips," at Verdi's of Westbury. Attendees stepped lively to the tunes of Kenny Hendricks among the tables decorated with colorful tulips and linens accentuating the greenery. The lovely tulip baskets were donated by Robert Ruehs in memory of his late wife, Dorothea.
