A perennial favorite, the Belmont Festival in Garden City features a street-side fair complete with parades, hat contests and live music, all to celebrate the running on the highly anticipated Belmont Stakes. Held on the eve of the final leg of the Triple Crown, the Belmont Festival in Garden City is preparing for another fantastic fest on Friday, June 8, 2007 to commemorate the 139th running of the Belmont Stakes, held Saturday, June 9, 2007.
