Kasnicki - Palamidessi Engagement

Dr. Megan Kasnicki and Dr. Nicholas Palamidessi

Mr. and Mrs. Ted Kasnicki of Garden City are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Irene, to Nicholas Palamidessi. Nicholas is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Palamidessi of Oceanside.

Megan is a 1998 graduate of Garden City High School. She received her Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania in 2002 and received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Downstate Medical Center's College of Medicine in 2006. She is currently completing a residency in pediatrics at the New York University Medical Center. Nicholas is a graduate of Oceanside High School, class of 1997. He received his Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Delaware in 2001 and received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Downstate Medical Center's College of Medicine in 2005. He is currently completing a residency in emergency medicine at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn.

An August 2008 wedding is planned.
