The Men's Association sponsored a Sports Fair on Saturday May 12th at GCHS. One of the games played was a girls varsity lacrosse game between the Trojans and the Shoreham Wading River Wildcats. Garden City won the game by a score of 13-10. Junior Erin Brennan led the Trojan's scoring with six goals. Elise Terracciano had one goal and a record seven assists.

Brittany Wilton had three goals, Becky Lynch had two. Rounding out Garden City's scoring was Caitlin Mullins with one goal. GC goalkeeper Emma Quailer made 11 saves in this non league game. After a first round bye in the playoffs, the team will play a quarter final game at home tomorrow, Saturday May 19th, at either 12 or 1pm.
