Beautiful Day Brings Crowds To Waldorf's Spring Festival

High School English Teacher and alumnus, Alexios Kritas, along with his son, Christian, participate in the "Run for Darfur" during Waldorf's annual Spring Festival.
On Saturday, May 6 the Waldorf School of Garden City held their annual Spring Festival. Students, teachers, alumni and families enjoyed a beautiful day of picnicking, the Maypole Dance, puppet shows, a flower sale and a special 60th Anniversary celebration and tree-planting.

Located along Cambridge Avenue, adjacent to the Adelphi University campus, the Waldorf School of Garden City is a college preparatory day school teaching early childhood through Grade 12.
