Book Sale

A huge annual book sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 19, at the Garden City Public Library. The Friends of the Garden City Library will sponsor this sale, with all proceeds to benefit the library.

Come early for the best selection of fiction, non-fiction, young adult & children's books, CDs, DVDs, LPs, cassettes, reference & paperbacks, Limited editions, rare, autographed and antique books will be sold in a special room. A half-price sale will be from 3 to 4 p.m.

The Friends of the Garden City Public Library works as a resources for the community with its staff and extensive services. The non-profit organization has provided free for patrons of all ages quality programs, new equipment, summer reading groups, changing exhibitions, movies, book discussions, newsletters, lectures, plays, concerts, craft workshops and much more.
