Anna Lea Smith has been baking delicious cookies in preparation for the Annual Victorian Tea. Also on the menu will be tea sandwiches and homemade scones with clotted cream and jam. The Victorian Tea will be held on May 19 from 2:00-4:00 pm at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Central Nassau located on the corner of Stewart Avenue and Nassau Boulevard. Reserved tickets are $15.00. At the door price will be $20.00. Call 516 248-8855 to leave your name to reserve. The tea will feature Chris Ross playing selections on the mandolin, the most popular instrument at the turn of the century.
