On May 8 , someone damaged the window to a garage door at Salisbury Avenue. $150... A pocketbook with credit cards and $30 US, was taken from a car parked on Fifth Street on May 7. There was front window damage at $200... PO Bandl arrested a 36-year-old Northport man for alleged speeding at 60 in a 30, unlicensed operation, and alleged DWI(.08%) at 4:30 AM on May 7... Someone damaged the clock and 20 sprinkler heads, valued at $620, at the GC Country Club between May 3 and 4... PO Jacobsen arrested a 40-year-old Glen Cove man for aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree (16 suspensions, 7 dates) and for an active Glen Cove warrant and a Family Court warrant, on May 4 on Clinton Road... On the same day , PO Edwards arrested a 51-year-old Garden City woman for the violation of an order of protection(contempt of court) warrant against a family member, at 5:45 PM... PO Hickey arrested a 26-year-old Massapequa Park man for driving over lane markings and for alleged DWI (.13%) at 3:38 AM, on Stewart Avenue... PO Reilly arrested a 32-year-old Hempstead woman and a 38-year-old Hempstead man for allegedly stealing $235 in merchandise; a Buffalo shirt and 2 Lacoste shirts at Lord and Taylor, on May 6... PO Bandl arrested a 36-year-old New Hyde Park man for allegedly speeding at 50 in a 30, and for DWI refusal, at New Hyde Park Road, on the same day... A 26-year-old Flushing woman was arrested for allegedly speeding at 55 in a 30, unsafe lane change, and for alleged DWI( .20%) at Stewart Ave./Devereux Place, on May 6... Between May 5 and 6 , someone broke a $200 window to an Acura, which was parked at the GC Hotel, and took a $475 GPS system and a Cannon camera... On April 30 , at Field 7, someone took a $350 mirror off a Mercedes Benz parked there...PO Sommer arrested a 28_year-old Island Park man for allegedly stealing 3 pairs of designer jeans at Lord and Taylor... On May 2 , 4:35 AM, a 52-year-old Westbury man was arrested for attempting to steal money from an ATM at the Roslyn Savings Bank. He had burglar tools as well as a traffic warrant from Nassau County...

Keyspan was notified to check a hot water boiler at the scene of reported carbon monoxide at a Garfield St. house on May 9.
