6th Grade Rams Blue Team

On Sunday, April 21st the 6th Grade Rams Blue Team traveled to Port Washington and played on beautiful Lions Field. The Rams played very well scooping up a total of 47 ground balls. Leading the team in this category were Matt Leto (7), Brian Badgett (5), Keith Danks (5), Joe Powers (5) and Chris Thomas (4). The Rams were able to come away with a 8-5 win against this hustling Port Washington team. Eight of the goals were by assist. Distributing the ball well were Jack Worstell (4), Matt Leto (2) and Keith Danks (1). Other players contributing on the attack end were Mark Beisner, Tim Confort, Alex Schroeder and Connor Marrone. Finding the back of the net for the Rams Blue Team were, Keith Danks, Drew Gallagher, Connor Marrone, Michael Paxton, Joe Randazzo and Jack Worstell.

The midfield and defensive play were both very impressive with fantastic performances by Ryan Costigan, Matt Duffy, Tim Eschmann, Thomas Holbrook, Matt Ventri, and Alex Weber. Oliver Weber played superbly in goal with his saves and outlet passes.
