PTA To Host School Budget Presentations

The Garden City PTA invites all parents and residents to attend any of the following presentations of the 2007-08 proposed school district budget. These presentations will be given by Dr. Robert Feirsen, Superintendent of Schools, and Mr. Albert Chase, Assistant Superintendent for Business.

Due to a scheduling conflict, there will not be a budget presentation at the May 8th Stewart PTA meeting. Stewart School parents should feel free to attend any of the other meetings listed above. In addition, for those who are unable to attend a day time presentation, the Public Hearing on the proposed budget for 2007-08 will take place on Monday, May 7 at 8:15 PM in the high school cafeteria. The annual school district budget vote is Tuesday, May 15 from 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM in the high school gymnasium.
