Marshall Tiebout Gleason, Jr.

Marshall Tiebout Gleason, Jr., of San Jose, California, died on his 91st birthday. He was born in Brooklyn, New York on April 4, 1916 to Marshall T. Gleason and Edith Patterson Gleason.

Mr. Gleason graduated from Phillips Academy, Andover, Massachusetts, and Princeton University. He served his country in World War II as an intelligence officer in the Army Air Corps. He was most recently the CFO for Retail Systems Development, Inc. of Ridgefield, Washington.

Mr. Gleason was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, the former Arlene Whelan. They grew up next door to each other in Garden City.

He is survived by a son, Marshall T. Gleason III of Ridgefield, Washington, and a daughter, Jan Gleason, of Bainbridge Island, Washington.
