easter hunt announced
The Garden City Recreation Department's Annual Easter Hunt for PreK to 5th graders will be held on Saturday, April 7th at Garden City Community Park.
Our Easter Hunt is open to any who is a resident of the Inc. Village of Garden City. The hunt will begin promptly at 10 a.m. There will be three hunts: PreK and Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades, and 3rd through 5th grades. The children will be searching for all kinds of treats as well as the special "number eggs" which win special prizes.
Parents are asked to observe age groupings in order to give all children a fair chance in the search for treats. If it rains, the hunts will be held on Monday, April 9th.
Please note: Due to construction of the new mini golf course, please enter the Easter Hunt through the Hockey Rink Entrance on the south east side of the Park, to the left of the Pool.
