Last Chance To Register For Student Showcase

The Garden City Friends of Musichas scheduled its Annual Student Showcase on Sunday, April 15, at the Garden City Community Church from 2-4pm. All Garden City Students in grades 2-12 are invited to perform. Soloists, duets, and trios are welcome. All styles of music from classical to pop may be played. Anything goes! Get a few musically inclined friends together and have a little fun. Or, for those of you who would like to brush up on your upcoming NYSMA pieces, this is the perfect venue to rehearse them in front of an audience. The parlor of the Community Church is a cozy and intimate setting that is perfect for our Sunday afternoon concert. All abilities are welcome. The performance is free to the community and light refreshments will be served following the performance.

Performers are required to pre-register with the title of their musical selection and the composer. As always, this Garden City Friends of Music event is a crowd pleaser and is filling up quickly, so do not delay and get shut out.
