Stephanie Healy Cullum Named Business Person Of The Year

Stephanie Healy Cullum
The Garden City Chamber of Commerce proudly announces that Stephanie Healy Cullum, associate broker of Coach Realty, Garden City will be honored as Businessperson of the Year at the Chamber's Pineapple Ball, to be held on Friday evening, April 20 at the Garden City Hotel. This prestigious award represents significant contributions to the local economy, to the advancement of aims and objectives of the Chamber, and to the welfare of the community. These criteria were established by the Nassau Council of Chambers of Commerce, creators of the award in 1984. Stephanie Cullum will be further awarded by the Nassau Council of Chambers in October, 2007.

Stephanie Healy Cullum is a recognized expert in Long Island real estate, specializing in the Garden City market. Her 15 year career in real-estate has included sales, management, training, marketing, and land development. Stephanie attributes much of her success to her own community involvement as well as that of her associates at Coach Realtors. She takes great pride in her community and makes it a priority to give back by educating and providing public services and information seminars. These seminars have included topics such as real estate tax certiorari grievance, real estate issues for seniors, the overall state of the local real estate market, and interpretation of school ratings reports by the school superintendent for fellow brokers and agents.

Says Georgianna Finn, owner/broker of Coach Realty, "We at Coach Realty are so very proud to have Stephanie in our association. She is a true professional who maintains the highest ethics and fosters success for her clients, customers and real estate agents who have the pleasure of working with her.

Stephanie began her real estate career with Hubbell & Klapper in 1992. She was recruited by Coach in 2002 to manage and develop the newly created Garden City office. With 32 active agents, she has successfully developed the office into the #1 Coach office in volume and sales, and the #1 Garden City real estate office for market share. Coach has 18 offices, over 500 sales associates, and is listed as one of the top three residential real estate firms on Long Island by the Long Island Business News.

Over the course of her career, Stephanie has been selected as listing broker for the majority of new construction projects in Garden City, all built within the guidelines, integrity and character of our village. She has been featured in the real estate section of the New York Times and has been quoted by Newsday on the state of the general market as well as the luxury home market.

Stephanie is a B.A. graduate of Marymount College in Tarrytown, NY. She has earned her designation of Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). She is a member of various organizations including Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR), Christies Great Estates, Luxury Home Marketing Institute, and Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate. Stephanie is a contributing member, both financially and with her time, to many charitable organizations.

Stephanie and her husband, Bob, live in Garden City. They have three children and six grandchildren. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys collecting antiques, tennis and spending time with her family.
