Friends Sponsor Paperback Sale

By popular request, The Friends of the Library will sponsor another paperback clearance sale on Saturday, March 24 th from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. in the lower level of the library. All paperbacks will sell for 10¢ or 12 for $1.00.

Residents may purchase fiction books by their favorite authors including Nelson DeMille, John Grisham, Mary Higgins Clark, Danielle Steele, Tom Clancy and Nora Roberts. There will also be science fiction books as well as mysteries, classics, romance and non-fiction.

Last year, over 3,000 paperbacks were sold. Teachers found that the bargain price was a wonderful way to enrich their classroom libraries. One resident purchased scores of books and donated them to the Veteran's Hospital in Northport.
