What's Up For Young Adults At The Library TEENS AND TOTS STORYTIME AT THE G.C. POOL TRAINING SESSIONS There may still be a chill in the air but it is time to start thinking about what to do over the summer. Young Adults who will be in grades 6 - 12 in September 2007 are invited to share their time and talents with youngsters aged 2-8 during July and August at the Garden City Pool. Continuing a twenty year tradition, the Library in cooperation with the Garden City Department of Recreation will be holding "Teens & Tots Storytime" at the pool on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons beginning July 10 and ending August 8. If a Young Adult has participated in the past, a letter will be sent inquiring as to availability this summer. If this is the first summer you are eligible or available, it is necessary for the volunteer to be trained. The Young Adult Department will be conducting training sessions beginning March 31st.
