Garden City's girls varsity basketball team traveled to Freeport on Wednesday, February 28th to take on Great Neck South in a Nassau Class A semi-final game. Kelly Donnelly led GC's scoring with 12 points, including two 3-pointers. Diana Leondis, who scored eight points, also had two 3-pointers. Garden City entered the game with a 16-4 record before falling to GNS by a score of 51-41.
