Masquers To Present "The Little Shop Of Horrors"

The Garden City High School Masquers will present the Howard Ashman / Alan Menkin play The Little Shop of Horrors on Friday and Saturday, March 23rd and 24th, in the High School's Inez Spiers Theatre. Curtain time is 8:00 p.m.

What better way to demonstrate support for these accomplished, hard working students and all around outstanding young men and women than to come out and see the show.

But some caution is in order. Audience members are advised to behave as inconspicuously as possible during the performance, lest they call attention to themselves and incur the wrath of Audrey II-the biggest, baddest, meanest, and hungriest plant in the solar system, let alone in Mr. Mushnik's Greenwich Village Floral Shop.

Under the care of Seymour Krelborn, whose idea of the perfect plant food might well be everyone's hidden fantasy, Audrey II thrives-and the plot thickens; or should we say it clots?

To attend this funny, touching, scary, yet poignant production in the grand tradition of the classic "horror, comedy, musical, love story genre," please call 516-478-2531 for ticket information.
