A Night Of All Things Chocolate! Garden City Public Library

A chocolate lovers idea of heaven - a night of all things chocolate! Chef and Chocolatier Lee Perrotta will entertain her audience with the history and lure of chocolate. There will be demonstrations and tastings of such delights as French truffles, individual dessert cups, ganache, fudge and much more. Registration is limited to adult Garden City residents and must be done in person. Registration begins Monday, March 19th at 9:30 AM.
