ACS Garden City Unit "Daffodil Days" Campaign

This year the American Cancer Society will celebrate their Daffodil Days during the week of March 19th. It is our hope that you will join the Garden City Unit of the American Cancer Society in continuing to make a difference in the fight against cancer by participating in the "Daffodil Days" campaign.

The Gift of Hope is the highlight of Daffodil Days. You can brighten a cancer patient's day and spread the message of hope by purchasing a Gift of Hope for a $20 donation. The Gift of Hope helps to further the mission of the American Cancer Society, and will enable the ACS to also anonymously deliver a vase and one bunch of flowers to a cancer patient in a local health care facility. You are also invited to purchase a bunch of 10 fresh-cut daffodils for a $10 donation, or a 2007 Limited Edition Boyd's Bear and a bunch of daffodils for a $25 donation.

Daffodils and bears sell out quickly, so please be sure to place your order with Pamela Hyer, 43 Wyatt Road, Garden City by Wednesday, February 28th, 2007. Funds raised through the Daffodil Days Campaign support the American Cancer Society's progress towards a cancer-free world by helping to fund life-saving research, education, advocacy and services for cancer patients and their families.
