Wingate Inn To Host "Taste Of Garden City"

On Wednesday evening, February 28, 6-8 p.m., the Wingate Inn, Garden City, 821 Stewart Avenue, will host the Garden City Chamber of Commerce's 4th annual "Taste of Garden City" After Hours Networking Event within their elegant lobby.

Featured will be the Chamber's member restaurants showcasing samples of an array of culinary specialties along with libations graciously provided by the Wingate Inn. Both business people and residents are cordially invited to mingle, socialize and promote business while sampling the "tastings." Renowned professional harpist, Karen Strauss, vice president and president emeritus of the Long Island Chapter of the American Harp Society will lend an elegance to the event as she entertains with her eclectic repertoire.

Advance reservations are required at $22 for Chamber members; $27 for non members. (Chamber members may bring guests at the Chamber rate.) Early reservations are advised.
