Thanks to everyone who made the program a success!

Tuesday, February 13th

Behind every man, there is a woman. In the case of our American Presidents, this maxim is especially true, but the woman is not necessarily his wife. Come to the Garden City Public Library and listen as Martha Kolodkin presents this interesting lecture about the women who raised our leaders. From the domineering interference of Sara Delano Roosevelt, to the humanitarian ideals of Lillian Carter, and the strength of Dorothy Walker Bush. This program details the relationships and influences these woman had in shaping the personalities of our American Presidents. Martha Kolodkin has taught American History for over thirty-two years at both the university and high school level. So join us on Tuesday, February 13th at 1:30 PM. For further information please call Laura Flanagan at the Garden City Public Library 742-8405. Library Programs
