Garden City Basketball Update

On Wednesday February 7th, Garden City Basketball has a clinic of skills and drills for Girls 3rd Grade and higher at St Paul's from 6:00pm to 7:30pm:

Also on Wednesday February 7th, there will be a special Boys & Girls Kindergarten and 1st Grade "game day" from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at St Paul's. There will be a warm-up, scoreboards, and games will be played. This event will give the children a taste of the future of playing on a team with NBA/WNBA uniforms and game officials. Participants should wear their clinic jersey.

The Professional Athletic Performance Center is having a number of coaches clinics in February focusing on skills for coaches to help their players with speed and agility. Contact Dee Marcellino at 516-794-FAST(3278) for more information.

Keep a spot on your calendar for Sunday March 25th for a very special charity event that Garden City Basketball will be doing with the TWIGs and Adelphi University.

The 7th/8th/9th grade Boys program, "Friday Night Lights", continues at Stewart School on Fridays from 8:00pm-9:30pm. Participants MUST be registered and may do so upon arrival.

The intramural program has no remaining "off/holiday" dates and is active every Saturday morning:

* 8:00am to 9:00am - K, 1st, & 2nd Grade Clinic

* 9:00am to 10:00am - 3rd/4th Grade Girls

* 10:00am to 11:00am - 5th Grade and higher Girls

* 11:00am to Noon - 3rd/4th Grade Boys

* Noon to 1:00pm - 5th/6th Grade Boys
