Hempstead Town Supervisor Kate Murray (right) and Councilman Gary Hudes (left) present an official Town of Hempstead Citation to Island Trees Memorial Middle School Principal Jon Segerdahl during his retirement party, which was held at Westbury Manor. Andrea Segerdahl was also on hand to commend her husband for a job well done. Jon Segerdahl is a former Garden City Trustee.
