Fifth-Graders Attend The Magic Flute at The Met
      The entire fifth grade class from Stewart and Stratford schools-nearly 400 students in all-recently traveled to Manhattan to attend a dress rehearsal of Julie Taymor's magical production of Mozart's sublime and mystical opera Die Zauberflöte (The Magic Flute) at the Metropolitan Opera House.

Halloween Fun At Nursery School
      Children at the Garden City Nursery School had a wonderful time celebrating Halloween. First, they each got to show off their costume for their class, teachers and parents. Next, they sang Halloween songs and watched the lighting of the jack-o-lantern. The grand finale was a parade for their parents around the school's playground.
