We will begin our fall season at St. Paul's Senior Center with a "Welcome Back Brunch" on Wednesday, September 5 at 11 a.m. Light refreshments will be served. Any resident senior is invited to attend.

St. Paul's Senior Center will begin daily hours agains on Monday, September 10 th. Our first week's schedule of events will be as follows:

Monday 9/10 - Exercise with Felicia at 10 a.m.

Bingo at 11 a.m.

Bring a brown bag lunch and relax in our reading room

Tuesday 9/11 - Games with Andrew at 10:30 a.m.

Lecture on the Panama Canal by Bob McMillan at 1 p.m.

Wednesday 9/12 - Exercise with Felicia at 10 a.m.

Thursday, 9/13 - Fun with Andrew at 10:30 a.m.

Crafts with Adele at 1 p.m.

The St. Paul's Senior Center is open Monday through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for any senior who is a resident of Garden City and their guest.

new mini golf course open

Community Park's new mini golf course has met with spectacular success since its opening day in June. Over 1000 people a week have visited our new facility since the summer began and the reviews have been wonderful.

The golf course is now open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. each day. Improvements to the area have created a spectacular course sure to please any mini golf devotee. Rates for the course are as follows:

Residents under 12 or residents aged 65 or older: $3.00

Residents 12 or older: $5.00

Non resident under 12: $4.00

Non resident 12 or older: $6.00

Please note that until construction is finished in the area, monies will be collected at the tennis hut located just north of the tennis facility. You will then be given a ticket to turn in to the attendant at the mini golf area.
