GCAA Rookie League West Season Ends

The GCAA Rookie League West ended their season with an exciting final week. The games were all competitive and went down to the wire with all players enjoying an end of the year award ceremony. Each team showed skills worthy of moving up to the next level of play. The Reds, Mets and Devil Rays showed incredible defensive skills flashing the leather all year. The Yankee's, Mariners and A's swung a big stick during the whole season hitting homers a record pace. Barry Bonds has nothing on the players in this league! In the end it was impossible to single one team out a league champion as every team has a share of first place. All the players should be congratulated on a great season and we look forward to 2008!
