Stratford Students Celebrate Read Aloud Week

 Hempstead Town Supervisor Kate Murray, center, presented an official Town of Hempstead citation to a group of students from Stratford Avenue School in Garden City, where the supervisor served as a guest reader during the 2007 Read Aloud Week Program. Hempstead Town Councilman Edward Ambrosino, center, also joined students at Stratford. Also pictured is the school's media specialist, Patti Donovan right.
