Pam, Rob and Matt Gaba watched as baby Emily Gaba was baptized. Godparents are Tim Walsh and Deana Gunn (holding Emily) Mother Debra Low-Skinner, pastor at Christ Episcopal Church, officiates. Emily is the granddaughter of parishioners Jean and Ken Gunn.

Children have always been an important part of Christ Church in Garden City. Babies, Emily and Riley are the youngest church members to be formally welcomed into the fold.

Christ Church is a parish family to people of all ages, welcoming anyone at any time. It is located at Jefferson and Chester, three blocks west of New Hyde Park Road.

Godparents Dawn and Dan Flynn held Riley McNaboe at her baptism at Christ Episcopal Church in Garden City. Riley is the daughter of John and Joanne McNaboe.
