Power Earn Third Shut-Out

Despite the oppressive heat, the Power had a strong, aggressive start, putting constant pressure on the Manhasset goal. Excellent passing and ball handling allowed the Power to put two goals into the Manhasset net in the first half. The Power defense was impressive in the scorching heat, running interference with Manhasset and booting the ball out of the Power end, to the frustration of their opponent. The Power goalies were focused and determined in their protection of the net, blocking multiple shots by Manhasset. The Power maintained excellent teamwork throughout the second half, dominating Manhasset throughout. The Power earned a third goal late in the second half to give them a 3-0 win. Keep it up Power!
