John and Carol Hayes, director and producer respectively, for Fiddler on The Roof. The ultra-talented director of the Herricks Community Players and his energetic producer-wife have put together an outstanding array of actors for their spring production of "Fiddler on The Roof."

These two mega-talents have been involved with and have been running the Herricks Players for more than 25 years and have yet to produce a show that isn't a hit. That goes for this year's "Fiddler" that tells the desperate story of Tevye and his wife Golde as they are forced to flee their home prior to the Russian revolution.

The show dates are April 20, 21, 27 and 28 at 8 p.m. and April 22 and 29 at 3 p.m. at the Herricks Community Theater, 999 Herricks Road, New Hyde Park.
