Mardi Gras Celebration
The Guys and the Giersbergs along with other diners are waiting patiently for dessert.
On Sunday evening, February 11, the Church School Families of the Cathedral of the Incarnation hosted a Mardi Gras Celebration for Cathedral members and other members of the community. The Cathedral House Auditorium was decorated in New Orleans style. Authentic Mardi Gras foods such as jambalaya were served along with more traditional foods such as ham and turkey. The scrumptious desserts were a fitting ending to a wonderful time. A raffle was an added bonus to the evening. This intergenerational event was an opportunity for feasting and fun before the Lenten season begins on Ash Wednesday.
