Homestead Students Perform Songs Of The Season

Kindergarten class selections included Jingle Bell Rock, Hanukkah Is Here, Sleigh Ride, and Dreidel Song, while the first grade classes sang Here Comes Santa Clause, Winter Wonderland, and First Snow. Kindergarteners and first graders donned their holiday best for the occasion and traveled by bus to Stratford to perform for parents, grandparents, friends, and neighbors. Homestead students were center stage in the Stratford auditorium during Homestead’s Winter Festival Concert, Old Fashioned Holiday, on December 13. There also were poetry readings, including ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas, The Mistletoe, and First Snow.
