Christmas Worship At Christ Episcopal Church

One shepherd is serious and one is silly, waiting for their turn at a rehearsal for the Children’s Pageant at Christ Episcopal Church in Garden City.

Christmastime at Christ Church in Garden City brings the joy of the Savior’s birth in a church beautifully decorated in greens and glowinfg candlelight.

Services on Sunday, December 24, before the greening of the church, include the regular 8 and 10 a.m. Holy Eucharist celebrating the 4th Sunday of Advent. The very special Christmas Eve services are the Family Holy Eucharist at 5 p.m. and the Solemn Choral Eucharist at 10 p.m. Come to either service singly or with family. Christ Church welcomes everyone.

Feast of the Holy Name is celebrated December 31 at the 8 and 10 a.m. Holy Eucharist, Sunday, January 7, Feast of the Epiphany is celebrated at the 8 a.m. Eucharist and the ever-popular, traditional Children’s Pageant at 10 a.m.
