Named Second Team All-American
Miller had a breakout and record breaking season for Hopkins and head coach Megan Callahan. After scoring just one goal in five games last season, Miller tallied a school record 48 points in 2006. She scored 19 goals and tallied 10 assists. Her 19 goals tied the Beth Cariello's 13-year old school record. Miller led the team this season in goals, assists, points and game-winning goals. From September 29 to November 4, Miller tallied a point in 10 consecutive games. During that stretch, she scored 13 goals, including two hat tricks. She also earned First Team All-Centennial Conference and NFHCA All-Region honors this season. Hopkins finished the season with a 15-8-0 record after falling in the ECAC Mid-Atlantic Championship game. The Blue Jays 15 wins this season rank as the third most in a single season in school history.
