Junior Center Needed

Hey, did anyone see page sixteen last week in the Garden City News?

Here are the headlines:

Sewing at the new Senior Center at St. Paul's.

Senior walking group forms at new Senior Center at St. Paul's.

Seminar, "Manage your medications" at new Senior Center at St. Paul's.

Board game Tuesdays at new Senior Center at St. Paul's.

Socialize and bring your lunch to the new Senior Center at St. Paul's.

Yoga and aerobic classes are offered to seniors in Cluett Hall at St. Paul's.

It seems that the Senior's in the community are utilizing St. Paul's to its fullest extent.

Hey, did anyone see the 20 teenagers hanging out in the gas station parking lot on Seventh StreetSaturday night around10:30 PM? Nothing to do. Aren't our children are our most valuable asset?

We could use a Junior Center at St. Paul's. Movies, ping pong, popcorn. Use your imagination.

Pretty pathetic for one of the most affluent Villages on Long Island.
