Somerman~Wittkamper Wedding

Mr. and Mrs. Aron Wittkamper

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Somerman formerly of Garden City are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter Rebecca Catherine Somerman to Aron Jay Wittkamper formerly of Tipton, Indiana.

Rebecca and Aron were united in marriage on June 9 th, 2006. The ceremony took place at sunset and was witnessed by close family and friends. A reception immediately followed at Oak Crest Cove Yacht Club on Cap Cod, MA. Rebecca was escorted down the aisle by her father Bob while her mother Tere served as her matron of honor. Aron's older brother Ty served as best man while his younger brother Justin served as groomsman.

Rebecca is a 1992 graduate of Garden City High School and attended Nassau County College. Rebecca and her family moved to Cape Cod in 2001 where she now designs a line of jewelry called "Colors of Hope." Rebecca works with over 30 different charities in helping to fund research for life threatening diseases.

Aron is a 1991 graduate of Tipton High School in Tipton, IN. Aron attended Ball State University. Aron moved to Plymouth, MA in 2000, where he works as a software engineer for EMC Corp.

The happy couple enjoyed a honeymoon in the Pocono's and a large reception in Indiana. Mr. and Mrs. Wittkamper currently reside on Cape Cod in the town of Sandwich.
