Garden City U10 Flames Incredible Season

The Garden City Flames are having an incredible season. The boys enjoyed the whole Windsor experience winning 3 games, tying one and having one loss. The boys are developing soccer skills, learning sportsmanship and developing new friendships.

This past weekend the Flames played both Sat & Sun. Saturday they took on the East Meadow Thunderbolts winning 3 to 1. Sunday they played their stiffest competition yet against the Massapequa Chaos. The Flames tied the game 2:2.

Chris Koester had an incredible weekend scoring 2 goals against East Meadow and the tying goal in the last minutes of the Massapequa game. Luciano Migliore hit it right and scored the other goal against the Thunderbolts, while Brett Alvarez scored the other goal against the Chaos. This would not have been possible without the hard work of the Flames forwards & mid-fielders driving the ball up the field to make these goals possible. They include Greg Pahlavi, Luciano Migliore, Bobby Clarke, Brett Alvarez, Alex Franco, & Connor Tariche. Defense played by Alex Franco, Brian Goulard & Billy Trimmer is always strong. Chris Costigan is an amazing goalie even under the toughest pressure! Keep up the hard work Flames, you boys are on FIRE!!!!
